What are the Pizza Company's hours of business?

Are you open 365 days a year?

The pizza company is open all year around. We are closed for a few selected public holidays including Christmas Day. Follow us on Facebook for up to date information regarding special public holiday opening schedules.

What are your Scores on the Doors for cleanliness and hygiene?

The Pizza Company happily enjoy a 5 star rating for Cleanliness and Hygene across our stores. This is something we are committed to maintaining as part of our companies drive towards perfection. Should you have any queries or comments please get in touch with out head office on our contact page.

What is the typical times for delivery?

At the Pizza company we aim to deliver your fresh pizza within 30 minutes of your order being placed. This is only a guideline as the large majority of our stores are based in busy city centre areas and times may vary. Ask your server for an accurate delivery time at the time you place your order.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

Due to unforseeable circumstances we cannot guarantee delivery times. Any delivery time we provide is meant as an indication only. Ask your server for an accurate delivery time estimate at the time of order.

Where can I get information about your offers and promotions?

The pizza company publish long running promotions and offers on all printed menus and in the offers section of this website. From time to time we offer short term special offers and promotions via our facebook page. Like us on Facebook to take advantage of these today.

Are all of your special offers on your website?

No sometimes the pizza company will offer specific special offers in conjunction with events and publications. We publish all of our special offers and short term give aways on our Facebook page – like us now to get access to these exclusive special offers.

What information do you have regarding your menus suitability for different diets?

Vegetarian and nut-free diets

• Some dishes may contain nuts. We mark them on our menu with an ‘N’.
• If something’s suitable for vegetarians, we mark it with a ‘V’.
• Remember that all our food is made to order, by hand. So you can ask for any ingredient to be removed. That goes for pizzas. Salads, too.

Gluten-free diets

Most Italian dishes are wheat-based and therefor unsuitable for a Coeliac. And also for customers who are gluten intolerant. We know that even the smallest amount of flour can cause discomfort if you’re a Coeliac or allergic to gluten. The Pizza company can’t promise a wheat-free environment. If you want to take your own, gluten-free pizza base to one of our restaurants we are more than happy to prepare it for you. Please just contact the restaurant manager before your visit.

If I contact you – how do you deal with my information?

The Pizza company do not retain any information about any of our clients. Any information captured by our team as part of a typical order process is securely disposed off at the end of that shift.

Should your information be captured by us for any of our marketing endeavours we will not keep your details for a period of no more than 24 months at which point it will be securely destroyed. Should you wish to be removed from our marketing databases you can send your request to our head office and we will happily remove you from our system.

What information do you keep?

The pizza company will only retain information captured as part of our marketing programme. We will never retain information without your prior consent. No financial details are retained past the point of purchase.

Do you offer training for new employees?

The pizza company have a rigorous programme of staff development as we feel that a well trained staff is key to delivering the best possible customer experience. Our training cover a range from hygiene and food safety to customer service and retail management and these are just a small part of our generous staff development package.

I am unhappy about an element of my experience, how do I make a complaint?

We aim to deliver 100% results 100% of the time but if for some reason you are left dissatisfied by your experience we at the Pizza company we believe that everyone has the right to make it known. Our complaints are handled directly by our directors at our head office. Our complaints procedure is confidential and will be treated with the upmost speed and efficiency.
